Emily Brixey is the Senior Manager of Policy, Advocacy and Research at KnowledgeWorks. As a senior manager, Emily is responsible for leading policy research projects, with a focus on policy development that supports personalized, competency-based learning. Prior to joining the KnowledgeWorks team, Emily was a policy researcher at Education Commission of the States and worked at the Oregon State Legislature.
