STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) education creates new opportunities for schools, districts and states to offer innovative learning experiences that allow students to think critically and creatively and solve real-world problems. Within this research area, AEP seeks to identify opportunities for STEAM education in state policy and throughout K-12 and postsecondary education, discuss high-quality programming and explore projected workforce demand for STEAM skills.
