American Alliance of Museums: The American Alliance of Museums is the one organization representing all museums, including art museums, history museums, science museums, military and maritime museums, youth museums, aquariums, zoos, botanical gardens, arboretums, historic sites, presidential libraries and science/tech centers.

American Educational Research Association: The American Educational Research Association (AERA), a national research society, strives to advance knowledge about education, to encourage scholarly inquiry related to education, and to promote the use of research to improve education and serve the public good.

American Youth Policy Forum: The mission of the American Youth Policy Forum is to educate and inform policymakers and practitioners about programs, policies, and strategies that help young people, primarily vulnerable youth, be successful in careers, citizenship, and lifelong learning.

Americans for the Arts: Americans for the Arts mission is to serve, advance, and lead the network of organizations and individuals who cultivate, promote, sustain, and support the arts in America.

Arts and Science Council of Charlotte-Mecklenburg: Arts and Science Council of Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s mission is to build appreciation, participation and support for the arts, science, history and heritage in Charlotte-Mecklenburg.

California Alliance for Arts Education: The California Alliance for Arts Education advocates for high-quality arts education for all students by providing policy expertise and by mobilizing a statewide network of advocates and allied partners. The Alliance is in its fifth decade of working to build a brighter future for our state by making the arts a core part of every child’s education. A statewide leader and convener, the Alliance galvanizes California’s educators and other experts in arts and culture to increase access to quality arts education and improve the quality of arts education.

California Institute of the Arts: CAP’s mission is to link the California Institute of the Arts to the diverse communities of Los Angeles County. In partnership with schools, community centers, and social service agencies, CAP provides free, after-school, school-based, and summer arts programs for undeserved youth. CAP also provides CalArts students with opportunities to teach, to refine their artistic abilities, and to explore the impact artists have on society.

California State University Summer Arts: The mission of CSU Summer Arts is to transform lives through excellence and innovation in arts education and performance. Carnegie Mellon University Master of Arts Management Program: The mission of the Master Arts Management (MAM) Program is to increase the capacity, effectiveness, expertise and impact of management in not-for-profit arts, culture and heritage enterprises and related agencies through structured and rigorous graduate-level academic curricula, applied research and service to the field.

Cathedral Arts Project: The mission of CAP is to enrich the quality of life in Northeast Florida through unleashing the creative spirit of young people. Cleveland Arts Education Consortium: Established in 1999, the Cleveland Arts Education Consortium (CAEC) is committed through its mission to working as a partnership to promote and strengthen arts education in Northeast Ohio and advocate on behalf of arts learning for people of all ages and circumstances.

CMA Foundation: The CMA Foundation focuses on improving and sustaining quality music education throughout the country. Guided by the generosity of the Country Music community, significant funding has been invested in music education over the last decade to support the next generation.

The College Board: The College Board is a mission driven, not-for-profit organization that connects students to college success and opportunity.

Council of Chief State School Officers: The Council of Chief State School Officers is a nonpartisan, nationwide, nonprofit organization of public officials who head departments of elementary and secondary education in the states, the District of Columbia, the Department of Defense Education Activity and five U.S. extra-state jurisdictions. CCSSO provides leadership, advocacy, and technical assistance on major educational issues.

Creative Oklahoma: Creative Oklahoma is a statewide non-profit organization advancing Oklahoma’s creative economy through creativity and innovation based initiatives in education, commerce and culture. The mission is to transform the state of Oklahoma through projects and collaborative ventures that help develop a more entrepreneurial and vibrant economy and an improved life quality for its citizens.

Dance/USA: Dance/USA sustains and advances professional dance by addressing the needs, concerns, and interests of artists, administrators, and organizations. By providing national leadership and services, Dance/USA enhances the infrastructure for dance creation and distribution, education, and dissemination of information.

DC Arts and Humanities Education Collaborative: The mission of DC Arts and Humanities Education Collaborative is to provide arts and humanities access to DC public school and public charter school students.

Delaware Division of the Arts: The Delaware Division of the Arts, a branch of the Delaware Department of State, is dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts to enhance the quality of life for all Delawareans. Together with its advisory body, the Delaware State Arts Council, the Division administers grants and programs that support arts programming, educate the public, increase awareness of the arts, and integrate the arts into all facets of Delaware life.

District of Columbia Public Schools: The mission of DCPS is to make our urban school district the highest performing in the nation, and to once and for all close the achievement gap that separates low-income students and students of color from their high-income white peers.

Education Commission of the States: Education Commission of the States believes in the power of learning from experience. Every day, we provide education leaders with unbiased information and opportunities for collaboration because informed policymakers create better education policy.

The Education Policy and Leadership Center: EPLC’s mission is to encourage and support the development and implementation of effective state-level education policies to improve student learning in grades P-12, increase the effective operation of schools, and enhance educational opportunities for citizens of all ages.

Educational Theatre Association: The mission of the Educational Theatre Association is to promote sequential and scaffolded K-12 theatre curriculum, taught by certified and licensed educators.

EdVestors: As a citywide public-private arts education effort, EdVestors works with funders, the Boston Public Schools, the Mayor’s Office of Arts & Culture, arts organizations, higher education institutions, teachers, teaching artists, parents and students to increase access to quality arts education for all Boston Public Schools students.

Engaging Creative Minds: ECM provides arts integration experiences that increase student engagement and critical thinking, which ultimately lead to academic achievement. During the school day and summer, teachers participate as learners alongside their students to increase their ability to deliver relevant, exciting lessons.

Exploring the Arts: Founded by Tony Bennett and his wife, Susan, a former public school teacher, ETA’s mission is to transform the lives of young people through arts education. At the heart of ETA’s work is a vision to provide greater equality of resources and opportunity in the arts to traditionally underserved teens.

Florida Alliance for Arts Education: FAAE’s mission is to improve, enhance, and promote arts education in Florida.

Fractured Atlas: Fractured Atlas is a non-profit organization that serves a national community of artists and arts organizations. Our programs and services facilitate the creation of art by offering vital support to the artists who produce it. We help artists and arts organizations function more effectively as businesses by providing access to funding, healthcare, education, and more, all in a context that honors their individuality and independent spirit. Grantmakers in the Arts: The mission of Grantmakers in the Arts is to provide leadership and service to advance the use of philanthropic resources on behalf of arts and culture.

Great Minds: Great Minds is a Washington, D.C. based non-profit 501(c)3 organization that seeks to ensure that all students, regardless of their circumstance, receive a content-rich education in the full range of the liberal arts and sciences, including English, mathematics, history, the arts, science, and foreign languages. Guitars in the Classroom: The mission of Guitars in the Classroom is to equip, train and empower teachers to lead hands-on music making with students in their classrooms as an integral part of learning every subject. International Council of Fine Arts Deans: ICFAD is a multinational alliance of academic arts administrators representing institutions of higher education. Beyond being the provider of professional development, ICFAD facilitates forums for the exchange of ideas, information and issues of common concern for arts deans. ICFAD commits to its role as an influential advocate for the arts.

John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts: The Kennedy Center’s mission is to present the finest in performing arts and to be a leader in arts education services and resources nationally and internationally.

League of American Orchestras: The League of American Orchestras leads, encourages, and supports America’s orchestras while communicating the vitality and value of orchestras and the music they perform. The League strives to stimulate the exchange of ideas and practices, promote innovation, and foster unity across the orchestra field.

Lesley University’s Creative Arts in Learning Programs: Lesley University is committed to active learning, scholarly research, critical inquiry, and diverse forms of artistic practice through close mentoring relationships among students, faculty, and practitioners in the field. Lesley prepares graduates with the knowledge, skill, understanding, and ethical judgment to be catalysts who shape a more just, humane, and sustainable world.

Local Learning: The National Network for Folk Arts in Education: Local Learning’s mission is to advocate for the full inclusion of folk and traditional arts and artists in the nation’s education.

Michigan Assessment Consortium (MAEIA Project): The Michigan Assessment Consortium believes quality education depends on accurate, meaningful assessment. Its members enjoy access to a rich library of assessment resources, including the Michigan Arts Education Instruction and Assessment suite of student performance assessments.

mindPOP: mindPOP’s mission is to expand creative learning in Austin.

The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation: The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation keeps music alive in our schools by donating musical instruments to under-funded music programs, and vital support services to school districts nationwide, giving economically-disadvantaged youth access to the many benefits of music education, leading them to success.

The Music Center: The Music Center is L.A.’s home to the world’s greatest artistic programs and events. National Art Education Association: The National Art Education Association (NAEA) advances visual arts education to fulfill human potential and promote global understanding.

National Assembly of State Arts Agencies: NASAA’s mission is to strengthen state arts agencies. We represent their individual and collective interests, empower their work through knowledge, and advance the arts as an essential public benefit.

National Assessment Governing Board:  The NAGB meets quarterly to make decisions on the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), including the subjects NAEP measures and the frameworks of assessments that students eventually take.

The National Association for Music Education: NAfME’s mission is to advance music education by encouraging the study and making of music by all.

The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM): NAMM’s mission is to strengthen the music products industry and promote the pleasures and benefits of making music.

National Association of Elementary School Principals: NAESP is a professional organization serving elementary and middle school principals and other education leaders throughout the United States, Canada, and overseas. The Association believes that the progress and well-being of the individual child must be at the forefront of all elementary and middle-school planning and operations.

National Association of Secondary School Principals: NASSP promotes excellence in middle level and high school leadership through research-based professional development, resources, and advocacy so that every student can be prepared for post-secondary learning opportunities and be workforce ready.

National Association of State Boards of Education: NASBE exists to serve and strengthen State Boards of Education in their pursuit of high levels of academic achievement for all students.

National Dance Education Organization: NDEO’s mission is to advance dance education centered in the arts.

Oklahoma A+ Schools: Oklahoma A+ Schools® is the state’s only research-based whole school network with a mission of nurturing creativity in every learner. Located on the campus of the University of Central Oklahoma, OKA+ provides schools with ongoing professional development, an intricate network of support, and an active research component conducted by university professors.

Opera Singers Initiative: The mission of Opera Singers Initiative is to provide mentoring, educational services, and financial support to emerging classical talent while increasing the public’s interest in opera and classical music.

Pentacle (Danceworks, Inc.): Pentacle’s educational programming mines unparallelled expertise and connections in the dance community to provide middle school, high school, and college students with opportunities to explore many different careers in dance. Through hands-on training, students identify new areas of interest, practice skills, and test their capabilities while refining their career goals. Pentacle provides young dancers with a unique chance to discover their potential and understand how they can remain connected to dance throughout their lives.

Perpich Center for Arts Education: The mission of the Perpich Center for Arts Education is to provide all Minnesota students the opportunity to develop and integrate their artistic and academic abilities to their highest potential.

Philadelphia Arts in Education Partnership: The mission of the Philadelphia Arts in Education Partnership (PAEP) is to promote learning in and through the arts for students in K-12 schools throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. We accomplish this mission by working with teachers, teaching artists, school districts, colleges and universities, and 82 arts and cultural organizations throughout the region to encourage excellence in arts-in-education practice, and to bring arts-based learning experiences to all students.

Puget Sound Educational Service District: The mission of Arts Impact, a program of Puget Sound Educational Service District, is to bring high quality arts education experiences to students by training classroom teachers to use the arts in their day-to-day teaching. By empowering classroom teachers to confidently and competently integrate the arts into the core curriculum we are working toward eliminating the opportunity gap by 2020.

Quest Visual Theatre: Quest celebrates the role of visual theatre to enhance learning, promote creativity, and introduce people of all ages and cultural backgrounds to the artistic process. Quest builds a spirit of community through its inclusive and accessible approach to the arts. Deaf and hard of hearing artists, staff and volunteers from diverse cultures comprise the internationally recognized company. Quincy Jones Musiq Consortium: QJMC’s mission is to support cooperative music education endeavors that could not be accomplished by any organization working alone.

South Arts: South Arts strengthens the South through advancing excellence in the arts, connecting the arts to key state and national policies and nurturing a vibrant quality of life.
