  The Arts Education Partnership is committed to increasing resources for quality education in and through the arts in schools, school districts, and partnering arts and cultural institutions. Most AEP publications are available in .pdf format for your convenience. If you do not have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader follow the link for a free copy of the software.  
     
     
 

Online Ordering:
AEP publications and videos are available for online purchase with a credit card, using our online ordering system here. AEP ships via UPS Ground and the status of orders can be tracked online. Online orders should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Purchase Ordering:
If your organization requires you to pay with a check, AEP can make special arrangements to allow for this. Fax the purchase orders to the Arts Education Partnership. When your order has been received and processed, an invoice will be faxed or mailed for your notification. Fax purchase orders and send check payments to:

Please allow 2-4 weeks for purchase order processing and shipping.

If payment is not received within 30 days of the first invoice, a second invoice will be faxed and/or mailed to the organization. If payment is still not received within 60 days of second invoice, further action will be taken.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
AEP will accept refunds or cancellations of any publication within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in excellent condition and returns or cancellations will be credited upon their receipt.
